EA Clouds Shifting

Ever since updating to 5.1, I've had times where the clouds are moving across the sky at tremendous speeds. Usually this happens in the mid-high flightlevels. Cruising at 450knots, and clouds will appear to move past me at tremendous speeds in all directions. It's not like this continuously, but it happens at seemingly random times throughout any flight. I'm running Active Sky in the background, but disabled ASCA since I've been told that it doesn't actually do anything on this new version.

Here is a video I captured of it happening. It's kinda laggy for some reason, but the SIM runs smooth as butter. But you get the idea of what is happening.
