How to delete superfluous Display Profiles?

When I am setting up a flight via P3d Scenario Setup & come to Options/Display/Profiles, I have about 15 profiles in the drop down list.
I only use 1 now & would like to delete the rest.
How do I do that?

They are saved as a .cfg file in C:\Users\YOUR_ID\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Files you will need to refresh the Display GUI for they to disappear...
