Hi,
I've watched the video, followed the steps, but it did not connect online. At one stage it told me my recycle bin was corrupted and did I want to empty it. P3d is now removed from my PC. But, I can find no way of stopping my subscription. There is nothing in the FAQs - very disappointing.
Can someone please advise?

Are you trying to "stop the subscription" because you have uninstalled and want a refund?
