You need to update the FSLabs libraries and aircraft as they are locked to a specific P3D version.

Removing frame limit restrictions in NVCP seems to have worked. Two of my monitors cannot do 30 Hz. So all are set to 60, and the sim is running in the high 20s, which is tolerable. Thank you for the suggestions!
