Red square around the Sun (HDR Off)

I'll create another thread for this, as the name of the original one (from another member) wasn't very informative.

This issue seems to appear only if HDR is turned off.

I had this in connection with REX 4TD.Using REX 4TD without suneffects,removed the square.

I had the same issue with REX 4TD using the sun/effects-set n.1 (HDR off).
Then I installed another set (n.3, still HDR off) and the issue was gone. Therefore I think it's a REX-problem with some but not all texture-sets.
I'm really happy now with my REX 4TD sun.

REX4 hasn't been updated to account for the new v2.5 directory structure, so it still puts its modified suneffect.cfg in the sim's root directory. Try applying the selected sun effect in REX, and then copying the new suneffect.cfg to c:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\.
