v5 Add-On Showcase

Prepar3D continues to foster an open and thriving ecosystem of developers though it’s open simulation platform via a free Software Development Kit (SDK). Each release brings new capabilities to further enhance to opportunities for our P3D Developer Network. Some of the additions to the v5 SDK includes the addition of sloping runways, enhanced engine extensibility features for SimObjects and expanded PBR lighting effects. Lockheed Constellation uploaded

Hi Everyone, My ongoing quest to find legacy aircraft for my virtual Lockheed Martin museum continues!  Manfred Jahn gave his kind permission to allow me to upload his FS9/FSX Lockheed models to the site, so I have started this morning by uploading his excellent model of the Lockheed L749 Constellation.  Here is a shot of it inside Prepar3D: The installation is straight forward, just follow the readme.txt installation instructions for FSX.  There is a note that the propellor disks do not render properly in FSX, however I have not had these issues in Prepar3D, so you will probably not need to swap
