Re: I have a question
You will be able to run P3D v. 5, if - and I stress IF - because I could not see on nVidia's specs if the graphics card was DX12-compatible. If it is, then yes, it will run.
But I will also tell you:
1. It's going to run slowly,
2. If you load add-ons, expect lagging performance, and
3. Why v. 5.3 and not 5.4?

Re: I have a question
One thing I forgot:
DX12 is supplied by Windows. That means your Windows version has to be 10 or 11 - P3D v. 5 will not work with Windows 7.
And it has to be updated at least to a point where DX12 is included.
When P3D v. 4.5 runs, then you have what you need regarding the .NET Framework and the C++ libraries.
