SFO Scnery and PMDG 737 error

Hello guys:) I do have a problem with my San Fransisco scenery. The scenery, no matter if default or Flightbeam appears uncorrectly! The airport is surrounded by land, not with water as irl.
And I got another problem: When I want to Take off with the PMDG 737 in Miami or JFK, my joystick and all camera stuff is not working... When I want to take off in Ams for example, everything works out fine.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me!
