New Hardware

Post by charlesallsop »

Hello, I had to send my computer in as it refused to boot; I suspected the power supply but it was the motherboard which was replaced.
Are there any specific steps to take to reinitialize the license?

Hello,
As you were unable to uninstall Prepar3D before making the hardware changes, you will need to contact licensing@prepar3D.com to get the previous installation deactivated. You will need to provide your customer ID and license ID.

Cheers,
Chris
