Config for Ehanced Atmospherics

Hello,
with the recent 5.2 update EA has drastically improved, and I love it.
However, a cfg to control things like EA Haze, Atmosphere etc. just the like the volumetric clouds cfg would be very useful, because every user prefers different visual settings.
