Set up View like this ?

Hello,
i had a look at thias Video:

and at the End (1:21:55) as example they are looking from outside ( i know it is x-plane ).
What i want to ask is if it is possible to use/setup a view like he is doing?
(without any other program)
They can move the view very free outside and is using the mouse to rotate.
Is it anyhow also possible in p3d v4.5 ?
