P3D license key questions

hi ! I can`t ativate P3D v5 academic version.
I already sent an email to licensing@prepard3d.com and no one responds. Error 5013
ID License-3259703

When did you send the email? Remember that they don't work on the weekends, and the normal processing time is 2 business days (in the U.S.).
