Flightplan/ATC issues continue in v.2.1

I have an IFR flightplan loaded and am following ATC commands. When I load the map from the menu bar to obtain ILS frequencies and then return to the game, the flight plan is no longer loaded and I have to request it again. Not game breaking, but quite annoying.

You must have clicked OK which would be interpreted as location change. FS always resets ATC under such scenario.
