Can I render another planes camera to the owner aircraft?

As all know, the RenderToTexture function can only used by the owner aircraft by setting the configure file in the aircraft folder.But I want to achieve a CCTV function.When a plane take off, it will transfer its camera video to another plane.Just I can see another plane's cockpit in my own plane's gauge.How can I do that?
