Not sure to understand. Which username do you want to change?

I wanted to know how to do it generally by myself if possible.

Is there an email address I can contact to arrange this?

I want the username ID SYSCD0588 to be changed to SYSCD7000

I think the best you can do is to email the licensing department:

https://www.prepar3d.com/contact/

Just tell them what you want to do.

Two days is the normal processing time, but now we're running into the weekend....
