P3dV5 seems washed out on graphics

Hi all...it seems my graphics look washed out sometimes when flying.... and brighter than usual....is it something in the settings that I should do..... it's not my video card or system.... P3d 4.5 works fine... it just does the washout effect in V5

if it helps:

I have NVIDIA GeForce GTX-1070

FXAA =On
AA: 8xMSAA
Texture Filtering: Anosotropic 4x
Texture Resolution: Ultra-4096x4096
Dynamic Tecture Streaming: Checked

Resolution 1920x1080x32
Vsync: On
Triple Buffering: Checked
Target Frame Rate : Unlimited
Mipmap VC Panels: Check marked

Vsync: On

FPS locked at 29

Do you have :
HDR lighting checked? mine is Off.
Do you have a screenshot / location?

Let me uncheck Dynamic Texture
try the FPS at 29 locked
and turn off the HDR lighting...
