BUG: Failure actions CTD

For example: load in SD, drag FailureAction to visualisation window and choose Electrical System. Save file and load saved file. Click on FailureAction icon. Hello, crashed sim :)

Out of interest, what aircraft are you using?

Default F-22. I specifically described the points on how to self-reproduce the error in raw SD without the save file.

Tried it on 4.3 and works okay for me, no CTD, downloading 4.4 at the moment so I'll test it later on there.

In 4.3 NO CTD. This issue in 4.4
