It's probably my old eyes but I don't see any difference. Can you point out a specific spot to look at?

First open each image in a new tab using the "Full Sized" links.
Then click between the matched images to swap between and view.
Look to the edges while swapping back and forth, e.g. the window edges, shadow edges, any edges really and you should see the extra shadowing added by the method.
The effect is adjustable and is pretty minimal in the pics, I find it helps compensate for the lack of depth shadowing gradiants in P3D and give things a more realistic look.
It's something that anyone can trial given reshade and the filters are free use.
