Can't log in to account

Can't log in to account

I can't log in to my account because my e-mail has changed from the one I used on July 09 2017 and I don't remember the password I used then.

How do I log in now?

Please email licensing@prepar3d.com for support with your license or account. Please provide any information you can about your purchase and our licensing team will assist you as soon as possible.

I already did that and have now received a message that it will take two days to respond. I have gone thru this procedure already once and it seems it is just starting over again.
