Hello Blake

Highly appreciative on your reply and suggestions. Going to look at this and will let you know what happens.

I have had numerous CTD events and it is only since the new updates

Thanks again

What version graphics driver are you using? I was having no problems at all until I installed NVIDIA driver 511.23 and now at sometime during a flight I get a CTD and an error referring to ntdll.dll.

I am loath to remove and revert back to the previous driver I was using, 496.49, because 511.23 is the first driver I have tried which significantly improves the performance of MSFS 2020,

I don't know if this is the silver bullet but I completed two trips without a CTD after deleting all the files in the Shaders folder, just the contents, not the folder itself.

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\Shaders
