Can’t open v5.2 HF

Hi when I finished downloading the HF I can’t open the file. It’s tells me it is corrupt and the download took all night to download. So I’m downloading again today and it said it’s going to take 8hrs.is there a lot of people on the sever? Is that why?

From here, the northernmost tip of Germany, it takes about 25 minutes to download the complete install, no matter what the time of day is.

Where are you located, and what kind of connection do you have?

Edit: Sorry, only saw now that you are at CYYZ - if your connection is supposed to be good, then you might need to talk to your ISP about this.

My ping for the internet is between 2-5 and I also have a wifi extender so I don’t lose the connection.

When I do a "ping prepar3d.com" from here, I get a minimum response time of 158 ms and maximum of 161 ms, average 160 ms - this is nominally a 400 Mb/s connection.

I got the HF installed now. I restarted my modem
