Can't reinstall P3D5

Can't reinstall P3D5

After a windows crash I'm not able to reinstall P3D5. It says: " One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file.
0x80091007 - Valore hash errato (wrong hash value)."

The log file is very long and I don't know how to attach the file. Which issues have I to fix? I followed all the directions for uninstalling the software and cancelled all the directories indicated.

Help !!!!

Gennaro,

This error points to the downloaded file(s) being corrupted somehow.

This is usually solved by downloading again, using a download manager, and I have seen that may be necessary to download several times before the files come down intact.

Thanks Jorgen for your quick answer. I have used the same files of the first installation and downloaded again the Client, Content, Scenery and Setup_Prepar3D. I will download again these last 4 files and try again or have I to download all the cont and scene again?

As I see it, you're doing a full installation.

When I do that, I just down load the BIG installation file that holds everything and run the installation as Administrator.

ok thanks..I'll try. Anyway how can I attach a log file to this post? I didn't find any instruction how to do it.

Gennaro Delcuratolo,

Did you verify the Checksum of the P3D downloaded ZIP file before you Unzipped it to run the P3D setup?
