how install p3dv4 plane in p3dv5

HI, I have bought A330 pro and i could not install it. My p3d version in v5. Should i install the v4 version or resign ?

its an Aerosoft plane. the support just ask me if version 4 was installed. very weak answer !

If their support is that.... errrr.... hmmmm.... to use a nice word, non-responsive to the customer's needs, then it's time to demand - not ask for, demand - a refund.

I recently installed the same aircraft and had the option to select V4 or v5 from the installer.
perhaps download it again as it may have been updated since your original download
