Activation code reset

Hi, I have sent 2 E Mails asking for an activation reset, one on 30 Nov and one on 14 Dec, both have been acknowledged but as yet no reply. Grateful if you could investigate.

You'll have to contact licensing@prepar3d.com via email to get your activations reset.

Please include your license ID in the email. It may take 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.
