P3DV5.3. I am using REX SkyForce latest build. When I role back to a an older driver the shimmering stops.

My FPS counter issue has to do with my QW 787, once it starts to initialize the counter disappears off screen. I have asked QW on their forum why this is happening.

I installed the new drivers... Then in PMDG 747 I noticed that the EFB is extremely bright.
