When you log into your P3D Account to download your purchased product is this the version you see?

Just to verify.

Go to you P3D folder
scroll down and find the file
Prepar3D.exe
Right mouse click it and then select
Properties,
then Details.
Do a screenshot of the details.

I solved the problem myself by uninstalling and reinstalling p3d.
All simple
