V4 start up issue

I have read through post trying to figure out problem but nothing has worked. When I start V4 the screen comes up for awhile as it loads, then it disappears. I assumed the program crashed but when looking in task manager it doesn't show in the app section but does show it in the background processes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. I change my Nvidia driver back to 461.92 from 462.31. I am not sure if this is connected buy my laptop was back at the manufacturers getting the motherboard refurbished as it was having charging issues. P3dv4 worked before having this repaired. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Look in the Windows Event Viewer and get the
Faulting Module Name
