License re-activation

Postby Daveanne » Fri Nov 27, 2020 11:36 pm

I have supplied my invoice and license details as requested to the correct email address, but have not received any response to my request, my old PC failed and damaged the Hard Drive and I want to re-install my copy of V4.5 on my new PC?
Please help and respond to my request?

You need to email:

licensing@prepar3d.com

You should then, if the message is received there, get an automated reply. From there on, the normal processing time is 2 U.S. business days.

The 25th was Wednesday. The day after, the Thursday 26th, the Thanksgiving weekend began in the U.S., normal U.S. business days begin again on Monday the 30th.
