Prepar3D v5 closes after giving OK at Main Menu

Postby cesar192000 » Sat May 23, 2020 1:59 am

Hi

I have recently purchased and installed for first time Prepar3D v5 on a new computer, and it doesn't work. After trying to load a standard scenario with the default aircraft and the default airport, it stays some seconds with a black screen and after that it closes.

I've tried every step listed in the forum for this kind of problem, no solution so far.

Hope you could help me to solve this problem

The Intel Core i7 9750H has a base clock rate of 2.6 GHz, which is below the minimum of 3.0 GHz required for v. 5, and you'll find the system requirements here:

https://www.prepar3d.com/system-requirements/

Sorry to have to tell you that.
