[RESOLVED] Error 5013

my apologies for posting this here, but two days ago I sent an email to licensing@prepar3d.com with my license ID and asking for a reactivation of my license. I know that there is still technically one hour left to go until the advertised 48 hours grace period for this request.

But since I'm getting no reply from you I wonder if this request has been received or all the information required from me has been provided by me. If I understood correctly, all you need is my license ID right?

Please let me know if you need anything more from me!

EDIT: 10 minutes after writing this I got the mail that the license has been reactivated. Thank you very much!
