Issue Report - Rio de la Plata Terrain Elevation

Hello,
there is a Terrain and Elevation issue in Rio de la Plata, close to the coast of SABE Airport.

Those squares shouldn't be there...

No addons
Hardware: (RTX 3070, i9-10850k, 32GB RAM)
