Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse. I meant having one of you host and the other connect using the direct IP method. If that doesn't work, try to connect in the opposite direction with the other being the host.

Our group struggled with MP after 3.4 and VRS's patch. We think we have if "worked around" (at VRS's suggestions)
In the TPM, multiplayer section, uncheck "publish sessions" an CHECK Allow "obj labels". have it working with 6 clients now!:)

Hi Clifton, I'll try what you said to do. Thank you. I uninstalled and reinstalled Prepar3D this morning and will see if I can connect directly with my cousin again. Is there a ip address where I now I can connect just to test. And is the session window supposed to be blank and not showing other sessions out there who might be on line? Session window is still grayed out after the reinstallation and no sessions showing up in window.

Clifton, Thanks, I reinstalled Prepar3d this morning and will see if Multiplayer works. Session Tab is still grayed out and no sessions showing up in the session Box. Is there an active session ip I can try just to see if I can connect? Thanks Walt

Another test you can do is to ask your cousin to ping your ip-adress (go to cmd and type: ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, x = ip-adress).
That will confirm wether he will see your computer or not. The problem well may be on his end.
