Version 5.3 Network Connection Test Error Code 11010

I can find no explanation for this error code received when running MP Network Test:

Direct IP connection test:
Failed to send echo! Error code: 11010

What is this code telling me?

How can I correct this condition?

Has anybody had any success running MP in P3D Version 5?
