Hey just wondering if you think these specs would be able to run P3d v5 along with addons such as fslabd and pmdg? What kind of setting and performance?

IMHO, RTX 3060 12GB is better choice than 3070 with only 8 GB, You will have VRAM reserve for more complex scenery.
