Tried this, it still occurs. This is not related to any one Nvidia driver(s).

I had the same problem when i updated p3d to 5.3hf1. CPU cores were often at 100% 12900k, but i found that was my 3090 whose ran at 100% because i used unlimited fps and anti-aliasing set to 4*ssaa.
Now since i had lower FPS from unlimited to 50fps with medium/high setting with orbx and other Addon there aren't stutters, my gpu run between 40-70% , EA mode set high, activesky for weather.
I use affinity mask mod found on avsim, to help CPU correctly handle tasks, and fsuipc to keep away core 0 some external addons.

I had a look in my Event Viewer after this occurred to me yet again. I found something under the Event Name: RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64.
I searched RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 and found the following, "RADAR is Microsoft's Memory Leak Detector so that error indicates an App/program is not properly handling memory." .

I have attached a screenshot of this below, not sure if it is linked to the long stutters.

I’ll add my name to the list of people with FPS drops/stutters. Did a clean install on a SSD. Tried a flight out of KSDF and KIND (add ons) FSL A320. 9900k, 2080TI. P3D on cores 1-5, EZCA, UTL, Coulati (GSX) and AS on 6-7 with Process Lasso. Windows 11. Starts out smooth, sometimes FPS drops/stutters happen 20-30 minutes in, sometimes later, multiple CTD. Also have ORBX NA installed but not Vectors. I would be happy to screenshot all processes/add ons/settings etc and forward to appropriate people to isolate the problem. I have some suspects but it would be unfair to a developer to say “I think this add on is the problem” without any actual evidence to back it up.

Every time I see one of these threads my typical attitude is to think with regards to the poster “this is a YOU problem, stop complaining” and roll on past, but not counting my sublogic Commodore 64 days I’ve been at this off and on for 20 or so years and this one has me stumped.

Dear Lockheed Martin.
Is it an option to re-post the download links for the 5.2 installation? I had another great flight gone bad last night due to this terrible bug. I can understand how frustrating this can be for you guys to try and track down a bug that is intermittent. However I can't understand not giving your valued clients a chance to go back to when this program still worked properly.
Thanks.

Under "Legacy Downloads" you find the 5.2 Client install file.
This is enough if you uninstall the 5.3 and install 5.2 Client Version.
Worked fine for me. Its now an "mixed" version I have installed until the 5.3 Client has been fixed :)

Following my steps reverting html5 and others I posted in a previous page 5.3 is the best choice I have no scenery pauses compared previous fsx and p3d when areas would pause right before touch down from some base scenery cause! Current scenery engine in 5.3 hotfix with html5 removed, other temporary fixes it is best!

Sorry, but I can't help wondering how this malfunctioning 5.3/hotfix reached thousands of your customers around the world before you ensured that basics of your product really work with this new version 5.3?
Have you totally giving up beta tests before your final releases?

An equal, if not more users do not have this problem as documented in several posts. So before accusing a developer, do your research.

Same exact issues for me. Smooth all the way up to
cruise then the slideshow begins. Seems the only way out of this and the handful of other problems is to roll back to the previous build. So back I go.

Rolled back to 5.2 and switched off a lot of the scrolling text etc. vpilot chat gsx messages and I still get the same issue. How is there no fix for this yet?!? Considering going back to V4 but to be honest I may just stick to a sim that actually works...
