And, not full information provided on your complete SIM setup hardware and software.
What would you like to know?
Is your 50 - 60 with the default flight?
Yes. F35 at the default airport. Clear skies, no traffic. Framerate is limited to 60.
I will do a test with PMDG right now.

"What would you like to know?"

Note per General Debugging Steps:
After doing the General Debugging Steps be sure to include the requested (needed) information in step 7 (shown here):

“If your issue is not found, please create a new forum topic with a clear subject and detailed reproduction steps.

Reproduction steps should be a clear way for a developer to cause the error. It should be a step-by-step guide. Please make sure the steps are detailed as possible. Additionally, please note if it is reliably reproducible or if it is intermittent.

Finally, include the following information in your report:

Prepar3D version
Operating system
All add-ons installed (applications, scenery, vehicles, etc.)
Hardware (graphics card, CPU, RAM, displays, etc.)
Changes made to your system – overclocking, graphics accelerators (NVIDIA Inspector), debuggers
Changes to Prepar3D's settings or configuration files
Crash logs or error messages”

My test with FPS locked at 60

F35 KRND FPS 60
PMDG KRND FPS 43

No low performance problem.

@ VTerry22 ,

Follow up.

In your first post you mentioned:
"I can get 60+ frames in the new microsoft sim on max settings but can’t scratch anywhere near that in P3D."

It was also not a PMDG flight with MSFS 2020?

Have you checked with PMDG support to see what performance they get with P3D?
