ntdll.dll crash

Im sure this has been discussed time after time again. But i cant fly the 787 anywhere on long trips without getting this ntdll.dll ctd. I have turned off real lights disabled true glass in the add on sim. ran the scf /scannow drivers and windows upddated i have a rtx 5700 gpu. im at my last straw any sugestions?

Talk to the developer of this 787.
