What head tracking hardware, and software, is supported by P3DV5? And what is required to use it?

I use TrackIR 5, I played around with SmoothTrack for awhile before purchasing TrackIR, you need an Android or iPhone to use it and it's kinda painful finding a good spot to set it. That's all I know so far.
