CPU Usages very high

Good day everyone

I have an issue with my p3dv5 CPU usage is insanely high and ground texture are slow to load/blurry i tried a few things i read on google like affinity mask etc but to no avail, My pc specs are i9 9900k overclock to 5ghz, rtx 3070 8GB and 32Gb ram
is there anyone that can assist me with solving this issue

Was that test after rebooting the PC and starting P3D with the default flight (default airport KRND / default aircraft F-35A ?

Hi

No that was done with orbx Global installed which i know will be more resource intensive but not like that bad. I did try with default as well its better but ground texture are still loading in slow and blurry

this was with default p3dv5 clean install no addons

Your screenshot did not also include GPU usage?

unfortunately not, but as far as I'm aware the usage is abnormally low for GPU
