@ Claude3 ,
Claude Phillips, III,

You currently mentioned:

“The CRASHES do not happen on a daily; I flew the route from RJAA to WSSS, highly detailed airports; and while on final to WSSS, it CTD.
I flew the same route the next day, and NO CRASH; landed with No Problems....Go Figure."

Your original post mentioned:
"I've had P3D for just about two months, and I've experienced several CRASHES to my Desktop while in flight; the most recent was this morning when I was about Ten Minutes out from landing"

Looks like your original problem is still present.

Hello Brother,

I appreciate all your help, as well as the help from others who responded to my CRASH issue; I'm going to more RAM, I believe that's where the problem lies for my CRASHES. Too little RAM, for all the highly detailed airports I'm installing, and adding more each week. I did respond to all of your questions, but I have no idea where the posts went after I hit submit. Here's what I pulled from the Windows Error Log, which I was given sound advice for the problem; and now have the CRASH problem under control.

Thanks for your help, and All the best,

Claude.

@ Claude3 ,
Claude Phillips, III,

Your error report is showing:
PMDG_747QOTSII_3.dll

Have you contacted PMDG support ?

My previous unanswered question was :
“Note:
You have not answered my previously posted question.

Have you tested the arrival airport on a shorter flight ?”

I other words are any shorter flights into the problem airport crashing on approach?

No my friend, no shorter flights into WSSS, have resulted in a CTD. I do, and have done, Touch-n-Go's, flying about 10 minutes out, landing, and having no issues.....I really appreciate all your help and advice; I think we've got it.

All The Best,

Claude.

@ Claude3 ,
Claude Phillips, III,

By a shorter flight i did not mean a 10 minute flight / touch and go in a Cessna.

They were Touch-n-Go's in a 47.....Respectfully, give it a rest Brotha Man; I've already informed you, that we have neutralized the situation; and there is no more need for discussion on my CRASH issue.

@Claude3,
Claude Phillips, III,

Ok, thanks for confirming the 10 minute touch and goes were in a PMDG747 to confirm your problem was fixed.

I will watch the PMDG forum for 47 drivers reporting problems with PMDG_747QOTSII or FS2Crew.

From error log:
PMDG_747QOTSII_3.dll
C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Gauges\PMDG_747QOTSII_3.dll

FS2CrewPMDG747II.gau
C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Gauges\FS2CrewPMDG747II.gau

Have a good flight.

Greetings Jorgen, or ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THIS. I got a problem with one of my Airports; do you know why there are four Aircraft parked on top of each other at this gate? Do you know why this is happening? Or if there is a solution for this problem? It is the Nanjing Lukou International Airport (ZSNJ) made by WFSS, WF Scenery Studio. They have not replied to my Email regarding this situation. Any help will be greatly appreciated; and thank you in advance. Image

Hi Claude3
The only thing I see is some gates at the same position. There can be in the specific afcad, or in 2 or more afcad if there are no exclusions.
You can verify this point using ADE.

Claude,

To be very blunt, if WFSS do not answer your questions, then:

1. Demand - I do mean DEMAND - your money back, and

2. Avoid this developer in the future.

It is their product, they own the support obligations.

And no, I have not seen anything like this before, anywhere.

Yep, some people need a wake-up call with a sledgehammer before they realize something is wrong.....
