@rakeshpatel,
The problem with overclocking that sportpilot67 points out is common to both AMD and nVidia cards. Graphics cards are usually sold through OEMs (an OEM can be ASUS, MSI, Zotac, Aorus, Gigabyte and many others), and many of these overclock the cards before shipping them to the resellers. If somewhere on the box it says "OC" then you know for certain that the card is overclocked.
And, as sportpilot67 correctly says, if you have an issue with an overclocked card, the first step is to put the card back to the manufacturer's reference clock rate.
As for L-M not getting back to you, they are not obligated to in any way. At the bottom of this forum page you will see a link to your End-user License Agreement - remember, when you installed P3D you agreed to this. Look at section 6, which explains support.

Re: P3D Hotfix 5.1 causes DXGI Graphics card error
This thread was created for P3D v. 5.1 HF1.
The current version of P3D is now v. 5.2 HF1 - are there any DXGI issues with this version?

Re: P3D Hotfix 5.1 causes DXGI Graphics card error
I am still having this error with v5.3 hf1. I have tried reinstalling, running everything as administrator, checking drive charging and permissions yet some time (around 1 hour) after takeoff, the access denied error pops up. I am running out of patience with this as it has been happening for some time.

Scolei96,
If it is possible for you, then try a complete reinstall of the current version, which Michel pointed to.
My personal experience with this version is that it is the most stable P3D version, ever.
If you still experience the problem, then please post your system specifications.
