@ 3221807 ,

With the Joystick still disconnected.
Default P3D flight.
Testing on the ground.
Can you taxi (turns etc) and does the nose wheel respond with rudder movement.

With joystick disconnected I am able to taxi and to turn using the rudder pedals and yes the nose wheel does respond.

@ 3221807 ,

Are you using FSUIPC?

In P3D Options / Other
Do you have Direct Input selected?

Are you using any setup / test / calibration software from Saitek?

I'm not using FSUIPC

I do not have Direct input selected

I did try Saitek software but as it did not resolve the issue I uninstalled it. I have since then reformated my PC and installed the latest version of Win 10 and reinstalled P3Dv4.5

I have just tried Direct Input rudder pedals stop working again when the joystick is connected.

I did not ask you to do that.

Is this maybe down to assignments in the p3d control panel?

Check assignments and make sure the rudders have their own axis assigned which is different from the joystick, delete any conflicting assignments left.

Regards.
