I had occasion to format my Hard Drive and I find that after attempting to re-install Prepar3d I have a message saying
my activation in invalid.
I understand from another forum that I may have to request re-activation and this process is not automated.
I have not yet uninstalled the failed attempt but still have the original download files.
Can you please clarify my situation and also note that I completed a contact form on 7th April which has seen no reply.
Other problems or issues not covered by other troubleshooting topics.
