Activation problem

After having a monthly subscription since January, I purchased the Academic ($49) License on March 31. I just got back from vacation and tried to activate P3D with the ID and PW I was given. No luck. It seems that I was attempting to activate a different product or some such thing. I believe the error was 5010. Can someone provide me with some assistance to get this sorted out?

Hi Rolf,



You cannot activate the Academic version with the Developer installation. You will need to download the Academic version and use the license keys you purchased for that version. If you have any further issues, please send an email to licensing@prepar3d.com. Thanks.
