AMD FSR Mod add yourself in P3D, use P3D openVR?

Hello everyone,
there is a mod to add AMD FSR to VR applications that do not use FSR themselves.
Basically only the openvr_api.dll is replaced. Unfortunately I could not find the said file. Does P3D use OpenVR? This works great in DCS.
