I have a fresh install of P3D V5.1 HF1. All works at expected, except the environment sound not.
All sound settings are on default.
When I select the "Major Thunderstorm" weather I can hear the engine in- and outside.
When I stop the engine and switch off the batterie, so the plain is silent, I have no sound from raindrop's & wind etc.
What I did already. Stopped P3D. Deleting the following files:
%PROGRAMDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5
%APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5
Restart P3D. Outcome same behavior!
Prepar3D version: V5.1 HF1 Build 5.1.12.26829
Windows: Windows 10 20H2 Build 19042.985
Add-ons installed: Navigraph Simlink
Hardware: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight-Core GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 RAM:32GB SSD:2TB
