Invalid Archive Prepar3d v5 Academic

I've downloaded the Prepar3D v5.1 Hotfix 1 (5.1.12.26829) three times thus far. Each time I've tried to unarch it, Winzip declares the zip does not appear to be a valid archive. The size is 20.4GB (22,002,532,532 bytes). Any suggestions?
