okay. First of all, sorry for not answering, I was busy with school.
I will uninstall every plugin today. Okay to be honest, I do download the A330. However. When this fligh is succesfull I will beginn to add GSX first and give this a try. Therafter I will install REX sky force 5. When the flight is working good I will go a step further and will install one scenery. Afterwards chaseplane will be installed

Chaseplane is reported to cause problems. Just so you know.

Alright guys, Im back in da hood. No just jocking, its not working anyway at the current time. looks like I don get my money back and I dont get a downgrade to version 4. Anyway: Latest problem looks like a graphics driver issue:
Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: Prepar3D.exe, Version: 5.1.12.26829, Zeitstempel: 0x5fb44f72
Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: nvwgf2umx.dll, Version: 27.21.14.6611, Zeitstempel: 0x60749ec6
Ausnahmecode: 0xc0000005
Fehleroffset: 0x00000000001b1673
ID des fehlerhaften Prozesses: 0x3560
Startzeit der fehlerhaften Anwendung: 0x01d731d2dbd9fcb7
Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: D:\Games\Prepar3D\Prepar3D.exe
Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_7d91b2ed40558a26\nvwgf2umx.dll
Berichtskennung: 1e1d5ef9-e946-4ee0-8fe8-a3a8ac57a312
Vollständiger Name des fehlerhaften Pakets:
Anwendungs-ID, die relativ zum fehlerhaften Paket ist:

So there is a error with the 2 latest drivers from NVIDIA. Does anyone knows a stable driver verion to use for V5?

Furthermore I was in contact with Aerosoft, not kidding, they helped me more then the Email support of Prepar3d and thats sad, isnt it?

Anyways, here is what the Aerosoft guys means, what is causing the poblem besides the graphics driver issue

Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: D:\Games\Prepar3D v5\Prepar3D.exe
Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE16\1031\ACEWSTR.DLL
So, as you mentioned bevore it might be office. They furthermore promised, its not a issue by the A330 or P3d it self, so a issue by a plugin. I will try this, after p3d is starting again. For the moment Iam requesting help with the graphics driver. Can someone help me out?

Best regards
