Need to reset license please

My hard drive failed for the second time in the last year, and for the second time I was unable to properly uninstall P3D. I could activate it the first reinstall, but it looks like I'm out of activations. I sent an email but it was two days ago and hasn't been answered yet. Is there any way to de-activate my current license activations so I can re-activate it on my new hard drive?

If you got an auto-reply to your email you'll just have to wait, it will be handled.

The 2 days mentioned are 2 full U.S. business days.
