Audio Stops When Using Rift VR

I have started having a problem with the audio shutting down after starting a flight. Sometimes after only a couple of minutes sometimes a half hour into the flight. If I keep flying with out the sound sometimes it will CTD.
This seems to be new since I downloaded v4.5 with the latest updates.
Doesn't seem to matter which plane I fly or where I'm flying.

I think my issue is resolved. Been flying my test flight in the PMDG 747 from KSEA to KPDX and back again.
The audio would cut out at some point during the flight and then eventually CTD. I had just install ORBX Portland and the 747 is fairly new so started eliminating those to test. It wasn't until I uninstall my Nvidia driver 445.87 and went back to 442.19 that I could make the night flight to and from KPDX without any problems. So far that is.
I have had 4 or 5 flights and no hangups yet!
